• All our rates INCLUDE the 6% WV sales tax and the 6% hotel tax. Therefore, the prices you see above will NOT be increased by 12% later on. (6% sales and 6% hotel tax)

Rental periods

• From June till Labor Day weekend, in general the cabins will only be rented by the week. Due to cancellations however, we sometimes do have availability for alternative periods.
• Weekly rentals are from Sunday to Sunday, unless otherwise agreed.
• Weekend rentals are Friday and Saturday nights.
• Week days are Sunday through Thursday nights.
• There is a two night minimum rental period.
• For holiday periods we do require;
• 3 night minimum for Easter and New Year
• 4 night minimum for Christmas and Thanksgiving

Extra fees

• The 6% WV lodging tax is INCLUDED in the price
• The 6% WV sales tax is INCLUDED in the price
• We do charge a $60 cleaning fee. ($75 for the Rhododendron in Glade Springs)
• A $150 security deposit which will be refunded a 100% after check out. The deposit will be returned to you within 2 weeks after your departure
• Cancellation fees. (See policies).
• When renting the cabins for more than 8 persons per cabin, we charge $15pppn. However in such a case, you would have to provide your own sleeping arrangements such as air mattresses and linens going with it.
• Pet fee is $10 per day, with a $35 minimum. ONLY the West Virginian, the Cardinal, The Whitetail and the Robin are pet friendly.

Payments

• 25% at time of booking.
• 100% payment including the cleaning fee and Security deposit, two weeks before arrival.
• When booking within three weeks before arrival 100%

Methods

• Checks
• Credit Cards, only through our website. (Credit card payments are facilitated by the Paypal organization and are thus secure) We will never know your Card's information.
• Bank transfers.

Discounts

• For rental periods of more than one week, we will allow for a discounted price. Please inquire.
• When you are a returning guest, there will be a 5% discount on the rental price.
• We pay a 5% referral fee. Please let us know.

Various

• Bookings can be confirmed one year ahead of time, guaranteeing quoted rate.
• Check in time 4pm Check out time 10.30 am When other check in / out times are desire, please inquire.
